Managing Partner

Olivier has worked for 25 years in investment banking, capital markets, corporate finance and business development in London, Switzerland and Amsterdam. Since 2003 he has focused on real estate. Olivier graduated from Erasmus University in Rotterdam and completed his MBA studies in the United States.

Analyst

During his studies, Boris worked in Real Estate and Asset Management. Currently, he is studying to become a CFA Charterholder. Boris has a master’s degree in Business Administration – Financial Management from the VU University in Amsterdam.

Head of Research

Bram has 15 years of experience as a senior researcher at Redevco before broadening his horizons. Bram has a master’s degree in Service Management and Leisure Management. As Head of Research he strengthens the Eveda team with his research-based approach.

Analyst

William has been working in real estate since 2007. He specializes in financing / investment solutions and transaction management. He has extensive experience in purchasing, financing and managing commercial and residential real estate (portfolios), including the construction and development of a Dutch residential portfolio with> 10,000 homes. William graduated in Business Engineering from the University of Groningen and completed an MBA in 2012.
